How to handle asbestos.

How asbestos is recycled

Asbestos Safety

  • Just say "No Thank You" to Styrofoam - this product is highly toxic, is rarely recyclable or reusable, and there are many alternatives to using it for packing, take-out containers, and drinking cups.

  • Offer your guess paper straws at get togethers.

  • Bring a reusable water bottle with you everywhere you go.

  • Look for businesses that take back packing materials - Some examples are Clif Bar, Solo Cup, Colgate, GoGo Squeeze.

  • Paperboard should be separated into paper and cardboard based on the color of the board en it is ripped. Brown goes with cardboard and white goes with paper.
