Tips

Just say "No Thank You" to Styrofoam - this product is highly toxic, is rarely recyclable or reusable, and there are many alternatives to using it for packing, take-out containers, and drinking cups.

Offer your guess paper straws at get togethers.

Bring a reusable water bottle with you everywhere you go.

Look for businesses that take back packing materials - Some examples are Clif Bar, Solo Cup, Colgate, GoGo Squeeze.

Paperboard should be separated into paper and cardboard based on the color of the board en it is ripped. Brown goes with cardboard and white goes with paper.
