Design Review Board

The Design Review Board is comprised of Eagle Ranch Residents committed to ensuring the built community creates a series of harmonious, people friendly neighborhoods with house designs that strengthen the sense of community within Eagle Ranch.

Board members are appointed for one year terms by the Eagle Ranch Executive Board, and may serve three consecutive terms prior to applying for reappointment.  Applications for the board are accepted annually as terms expire, upon a members resignation, or removal of Board Members.
