Wildlife Committee

Established per Sections 5.9.1 and 5.9.2 of Declaration for Eagle Ranch for the purpose of protecting and managing wildlife within, affecting or affected by Eagle Ranch.​

Executive Board of Eagle Ranch Association to create a separate committee, which formulates a reasonable budget for use of amounts allocated from the transfer assessments. Expenditures made in accordance with the approved budget from a separate account.

Members of the committee are appointed by the Executive Board and need not be members of the Executive Board or the Association.
