Pay your Dues

Eagle Ranch Homeowners Association assesses membership dues annually. Dues are $350.00 are regularly assessed on the 15th of January and due on the 15th of February. Dues are broken down into the following assessment:

$295.00 Operating Costs

$55.00 Reserve Funding

Owners have a variety of options for making HOA payments and the information below is designed to assist you with making the decision on which option is best for you:

1. Mailing your Payment:

  • Mail your check with your remittance slip in the same envelope.

  • Make checks payable to: Eagle Ranch Association & write your account number on your check. Account numbers begin with the letters "ER".

  • Do not post-date checks. Checks will be deposited on the date received.

2. Credit Card

  • Visa, MasterCard, or Discover can be used to pay your annual dues.

  • Nonrefundable convenience fee assessed

3. Checking Account

  • No fee assessment

Owners of multiple properties will have a unique account number for each property. Payments processed after 6:00PM MST on any business day, weekend or Federal holiday will be processed the next business day.
