Owners have a variety of options for making HOA payments and the information below is designed to assist you with making the decision on which option is best for you:
1. Mailing your Payment:

Mail your check with your remittance slip in the same envelope.
Make checks payable to: Eagle Ranch Association & write your account number on your check. Account numbers begin with the letters "ER".
Do not post-date checks. Checks will be deposited on the date received.
2. Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover can be used to pay your annual dues.
Nonrefundable convenience fee assessed
3. Checking Account
No fee assessment
Owners of multiple properties will have a unique account number for each property. Payments processed after 6:00PM MST on any business day, weekend or Federal holiday will be processed the next business day.
