Town of Eagle - Stage 2 Water Restrictions
Effective April 1, 2026, the Town of Eagle has implemented Stage 2 Water Restrictions. This includes mandatory restrictions, along with a landscape watering schedule based on the property type and address. Click the link below to see specifics from the Town of Eagle.
Brush Creek Recreation Path
Work will begin on April 13th on the Brush Creek Recreation path East of Ouzel Lane.
Work will include cleaning and clearing the path edges to reestablish the full pathway width, weed control, and reapplication of the path surface.
Work is anticipated to take one to two weeks (weather dependent).
Village Homes Alleyway Repairs
Residents along Sylvan Lake Rd. (856, 868, 876, 888), Eagle Ranch Rd. (126, 128, 130, 132, 134, 136, 138), and Mayer St. (171, 179, 189, 199, 205, 215, 225) will experience limited access to garages and alleyways beginning April 20, 2026 through April 23, 2026.
This temporary restriction is necessary to complete critical infrastructure repairs related to utility access points (manhole covers) within the alleyways.
During this time, residents are encouraged to park in the overflow lots at the Commercial Center or in the Dairy Park area.
We understand this creates a significant inconvenience and appreciate your patience as this important work is completed. Following these repairs, crack sealing and seal coating are anticipated to begin in late May or early June. Additional updates will be provided as the schedule is finalized.
Dog Park Fencing
Construction of a new fence around the Town of Eagle’s designated off-leash dog area will begin the week of April 13th. Work is expected to begin the week of April 13 and will take approximately 1–2 weeks to complete. Click the link below for more information.
